In any source where you come across this recipe, they will definitely say that it appeared in the 30s in America, during the depression, when you wanted pies, but there were no products. This explains the set of ingredients. Combined with banana cream and cocoa - we get a great cake!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a deep bowl: flour, sugar, salt, soda, vanilla sugar, cocoa. Mix.
  2. Add vegetable oil (refined sunflower or olive) and vinegar, mix.
  3. Add a glass of water and stir with a whisk until smooth.
  4. Pour the dough into the multicooker pan (after lightly lubricating the bottom and walls with oil).
  5. Bake on the "Baking" mode for 40-60 minutes. Check readiness with a toothpick. Remove the finished cake from the slow cooker using a steaming tray and cool. Then you can cut into two cakes and grease each with cream.
  6. Or without cutting, cover only the top of the pie with cream. For cream: beat a ripe banana with cocoa in a blender.
  7. Put the cake in the refrigerator for half an hour and then serve with tea.
  8. Bon appetit!
