Crispy sticks are a great option for those who are used to drinking tea with something, but they try not to use high-calorie cookies and cakes.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients and knead the dough. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. Divide the dough into two parts.
  3. Roll out the dough into a rectangle and cut into long strips about 3 cm wide.
  4. Rotate the strips of dough in opposite directions to twist them into spirals.
  5. Lay the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
  7. After 10-15 minutes, it is better to check the sticks for readiness, do not overdry them. They should be crispy, but not hard.
  8. Ready crispy sticks can be sprinkled with powdered sugar and served with tea. Bon appetit!
