Recipe for a simple cupcake on kefir with a sprinkle of walnuts. Soak the cake with cream. This gives the cake a very soft texture and delicate flavor.

  1. Turn on and preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Making topping for cake. To do this, grind 100 g of walnuts (not very finely). Pour the nuts into a small bowl.
  3. Add 40 g of sugar to ground walnuts. We mix.
  4. We make dough for a cake on kefir. Put 2 eggs in a bowl.
  5. Add 100 g of sugar to the eggs.
  6. Beat with a mixer for 3 minutes.
  7. Pour 340 g of flour, 8 g of baking powder and a pinch of salt into a bowl with beaten eggs.
  8. Pour 260 g of kefir into a bowl.
  9. Mix with a spoon or mixer until smooth.
  10. Lubricate the mold with vegetable oil (the diameter of my mold is 20 cm). We send the dough into the form.
  11. Smooth out the dough with a spoon.
  12. Sprinkle the dough evenly with the walnut and sugar mixture.
  13. We bake a cupcake on kefir for 55 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
  14. We take out the cupcake with nuts from the oven. With a toothpick or skewer, poke holes all over the cake.
  15. Pour 150 ml of cream over the cake. Put the cake in the oven for another 5 minutes.
  16. Cake on kefir, with walnuts and delicate impregnation, is ready.
