On the coals, you can cook not only barbecue, but also delicious desserts. For fans of picnics and outdoor recreation - baked bananas with chocolate and marshmallows, peaches, grapefruit and pineapple with fragrant cinnamon, as well as an orange cake baked on coals. Bon Appetit everyone!

  1. Mix sugar with cinnamon.
  2. Cut grapefruit and peaches in half and rub with cinnamon sugar.
  3. Pineapple (small size, or part of a large one) cut into slices and also rub with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Mix nutella, flour and eggs until smooth.
  5. From oranges we make molds-baskets with lids, removing the middle.
  6. Spread the Nutella muffin mixture inside the oranges. Wrap in foil and place on coals.
  7. We cut bananas lengthwise, we put marshmallows and chocolate in them.
  8. Bananas with chocolate and marshmallows are also wrapped in foil and put on coals.
  9. Cook the fruit on a wire rack over medium heat for about 5 minutes, then turn over. We keep orange muffins on the coals for 15 minutes.
  10. Grilled desserts are served with ice cream.
