Homemade pizza from a multicooker

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Lubricate the multicooker bowl with vegetable oil. Roll out the dough into a thin circle, place in a bowl, form sides.
  2. Put the minced meat on the dough in an even layer (I have pork).
  3. Salt, pepper, lightly grease with mayonnaise.
  4. Grate eggs on a coarse grater, place on minced meat.
  5. The next layer lay out the tomatoes (I used frozen ones).
  6. Sprinkle with coarsely grated cheese.
  7. Close the lid of the multicooker, set the BAKING mode for 50 minutes. After the signal for cooking, you need to leave the pizza in the bowl for 15 minutes.
  8. Delicious, easy-to-cook pizza is ready! Bon appetit!!!
