Sometimes you want some hearty and fragrant pastries, and this cupcake is just that. Honey cake with dried fruits and nuts turns out moderately moist, very fragrant thanks to spices and honey, and just very tasty.

  7. In a deep bowl, combine dry ingredients: flour, soda, baking powder, cinnamon and ginger. Mix thoroughly.
  8. Preheat oven to 160 degrees.
  9. Pour milk into the mixture of honey and butter.
  10. Lightly shake the eggs in a separate bowl with a whisk and, continuing to stir, pour in a mixture of honey, butter and milk.
  11. Make a well in the bowl of dry ingredients and pour in the milk-honey mixture.
  12. Mix thoroughly with a whisk.
  13. You should get a smooth, moderately thick dough.
  14. Take away a handful of dried fruits and nuts and set aside.
  15. Add the main part of dried fruits to the dough and mix.
  16. Line a cake tin (mine is 24x9x5 cm) with baking paper and fill with dough.
  17. Spread dried fruit and nuts over top (handful set aside).
