Combine butter and flour in a deep bowl and grind with a fork.
Then add water, knead the dough. Roll the dough into a ball and wrap in cling film, then refrigerate for 1 hour.
Grate hard cheese and cheese (or Mozzarella).
Chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Combine onions, cheeses, add red pepper.
Mix.
Lightly beat 2 eggs for the filling.
Add milk, cream, nutmeg. Salt and pepper. To stir thoroughly.
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface, put in a split form, form the sides. Prick the bottom and sides of the dough with a fork, bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
Put the filling on the half-finished dough, pour over the filling.
Bake another 25 minutes at 200 degrees. Cool slightly, remove from mold and serve! Bon appetit!
