Juicy Cheese Tart with Onions

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Combine butter and flour in a deep bowl and grind with a fork.
  2. Then add water, knead the dough. Roll the dough into a ball and wrap in cling film, then refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Grate hard cheese and cheese (or Mozzarella).
  4. Chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
  5. Combine onions, cheeses, add red pepper.
  6. Mix.
  7. Lightly beat 2 eggs for the filling.
  8. Add milk, cream, nutmeg. Salt and pepper. To stir thoroughly.
  9. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface, put in a split form, form the sides. Prick the bottom and sides of the dough with a fork, bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
  10. Put the filling on the half-finished dough, pour over the filling.
  11. Bake another 25 minutes at 200 degrees. Cool slightly, remove from mold and serve! Bon appetit!
