Break the egg into a bowl with kefir and beat lightly. Add sifted flour and baking powder.
Knead the dough.
Divide the dough into 6 pieces.
Cut the onion into strips and marinate for 3 hours in water with vinegar (50/50). Boil chicken fillet or lightly fry and cut into small pieces.
Roll out each piece into a 1cm thick circle.
Grease each tortilla with tomato paste and sprinkle with Provence herbs.
Put the chicken fillet on the tomato paste.
Put the onion on the fillet.
Put pineapple slices on the onion and cover everything with cheese. I have Mozzarella cheese, cut into thin slices. If hard cheese, then grate it on a coarse grater.
Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
