Well, very tasty pita bread without yeast. Try it and you won't regret it.

  1. Combine flour with salt.
  2. Make a well and add boiling water.
  3. Knead the dough quickly.
  4. Cover it and let it rest for half an hour.
  5. Then divide the dough into 10-12 pieces, and roll each one to such a state that it is a little translucent,
  6. Preheat the oven to the maximum along with the baking sheet inside.
  7. Pierce each cake with a fork so that it does not swell, and bake for a couple of minutes. It doesn't take long to fry.
  8. Separately, prepare a towel, spread it on the table, and on top of the second towel, well soaked in water and wrung out.
  9. Remove the finished cake from the oven, put it on a wet towel, sprinkle additionally on both sides with water, and cover it with a completely wet towel. Do this with each cake (lay one on one wrapped in a towel). Leave the finished cakes to cool completely, shifting each of them a couple of times so that they dry and become elastic.
  10. After all the procedures, pita bread can be folded into a bag and tied so that air does not enter.
