From this amount, 15 delicious pies are obtained. Any filling for such pies is suitable: fried cabbage, mashed potatoes, pea puree. And you can choose a sweet fruit and berry filling.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Combine water, vegetable oil, yeast, sugar, salt and mix. Add sifted flour.
  2. Knead the dough. The dough is soft and elastic and should be slightly sticky to your hands. Cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate for several hours, preferably overnight.
  3. For the filling, boil the peas in salted water until they are mashed. You can puree boiled peas with a blender. Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil. Combine pea puree and onion. Mix.
  4. The dough rose well overnight.
  5. Divide the dough into 15 equal pieces (about 50 g each). Spread them on a silicone mat at a distance from each other, cover with a towel and leave for 15-20 minutes.
  6. If there is no silicone mat, then grease the table with vegetable oil and spread the balls of dough on the table.
  7. Flatten each ball of dough with your fingers. Put the filling in the center of the cake and close up like a dumpling.
  8. Then connect both ends in the center of the pie and pinch. Pressing lightly, shape into an oval shape with your hands.
  9. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and put the pies on it, at a distance from each other.
  10. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15 minutes, until golden brown.
  11. Remove the finished pies from the baking sheet, put in one row on a towel and cool.
  12. Bon appetit!
