  1. Prepare syrup. Pour sugar, vanilla seeds, water and lemon juice into a saucepan. Put the saucepan on a slow fire and cook, stirring, until the sugar is completely dissolved. Put the mango slices into the syrup and cook for another 10-12 minutes. Line a cake pan with parchment paper. Carefully remove the mango slices from the syrup with a slotted spoon and place in the prepared pan. Set aside.
  2. Turn on the oven to preheat to 160 degrees. Place the eggs, sugar and vanilla extract in a large bowl and beat with a mixer at medium speed for about 8-10 minutes. Then pour flour, almond powder and baking powder, mix everything gently until smooth. Then pour the melted butter into this mass and put the zest, mix.
  3. Pour the resulting dough into the prepared mango mold. Put the mold in a preheated oven and bake for 40-45 minutes, until dry sticks.
  4. Remove the finished cake from the oven and let cool at room temperature for about 10 minutes, and then remove the product from the mold.
  5. Serve the cake cut into portions and drizzle with mango syrup.
