  1. We prepare products for cupcakes.
  2. Immediately set the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
  3. Then we prepare the molds (I have metal ones today). Lubricate them well with butter or baking mixture. For the mixture, combine vegetable and soft butter in equal quantities. Add flour, mix well until smooth.
  4. Now let's take a test.
  5. Beat the eggs with a whisk or a mixer until fluffy foam, gradually adding sugar and vanilla sugar.
  6. We combine all the dry ingredients: flour, starch, cocoa and baking powder.
  7. Combine dry ingredients with beaten eggs. Mix well until smooth.
  8. Add mayonnaise and vegetable oil. We mix.
  9. Mix again and pour the dough into molds, filling them 3/4. We bake muffins at a temperature of 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
  10. During this time, prepare the glaze.
  11. In a saucepan, mix sugar, sour cream and cocoa.
  12. Warm over low heat until the first bubbles (until a slight boil).
  13. Add butter. Stir until the butter is melted and the glaze is ready.
  14. Cupcakes are ready.
  15. Cover cupcakes generously with icing.
  16. Sprinkle with "pearls" or some other decor on top of the glaze until it is frozen.
  17. Great baked goods are ready!
