A simple nut cake recipe. As a topping, we use dried cranberries, almond flakes and candied fruit. This nut cake is perfect for tea.

  1. Turn on and preheat the oven to 180°C. Pour dry ingredients into a bowl: flour, cinnamon and baking powder. We mix.
  2. We send eggs to another bowl. Beat with a mixer for 2 minutes.
  3. Add sugar and vanilla sugar to a bowl with beaten eggs. Beat with a mixer for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Pour the dry ingredients into the bowl with the egg mixture. Mix the dough with a mixer until smooth.
  5. Grind walnuts. We send it to the bowl with the dough. We mix.
  6. Form (10x25 cm) grease with butter and sprinkle with flour.
  7. Pour the dough into the mold.
  8. We make a topping for the cake: in a small container, mix dried cranberries, almond flakes and candied fruits.
  9. Sprinkle the dough with a mixture of candied fruits, cranberries and almonds.
  10. We bake a nut cake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes.
  11. Nut cake with candied fruits, almond flakes and dried cranberries is ready.
