Pasta Neri with seafood - a gift from Neptune, for all seafood lovers! Black spaghetti in a thick creamy sauce with mussels, shrimps, garlic and cherry tomatoes. Original and tasty, try it!

  1. Defrost shrimp, peel, leaving tails. Fry in olive oil for 4-5 minutes with chopped garlic cloves. Lightly salt, pepper. Then remove the garlic.
  2. Defrost mussels, put in a pan.
  3. Pour in cream, simmer for about 7 minutes.
  4. Then add grated cheese and mix.
  5. Put the shrimp in the sauce, simmer, stirring constantly until the cheese is completely dissolved. Salt, pepper to taste.
  6. Cut cherry tomatoes in half and lightly fry in salted olive oil.
  7. Boil spaghetti according to package instructions.
  8. Lay out spaghetti, drizzle with cream cheese sauce, garnish with cherry tomatoes and basil and serve!
