Spinach pasta is a very tasty and easy to prepare dish. It only takes half an hour to prepare, so it's a great option for both a family lunch and a quick dinner in the middle of a busy week. You can also replace chicken meat with turkey or rabbit fillet.
The dish will be even better if you add two types of cheese - Greek feta and Italian mozzarella. Under the influence of heat, the cheeses will melt, forming a thick sauce in which all the ingredients of the dish are immersed. Don't forget to sprinkle generously with freshly ground pepper.

  1. Prepare pasta al dente according to package directions.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the shredded chicken breast.
  3. Then add chopped garlic and onion. When all the ingredients are browned, add 150 ml of water.
  4. Mix salt, pepper and spices with cream and also pour in meat and onions.
  5. Wash the spinach thoroughly, tear into smaller pieces and add to the sauce.
  6. Add penne paste. Simmer everything over low heat until all the ingredients are combined and the sauce thickens.
  7. Serve hot with mozzarella slices on top and sprinkle with freshly ground pepper.
