Patties with tuna and vegetables

  1. Sift flour, add dry yeast.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine kefir with vegetable oil, salt and sugar and heat until warm (not hot!).
  3. Combine dry and liquid ingredients and knead the dough. Cover bowl with cling film or plastic bag and leave in a warm place for 30-40 minutes.
  4. In a deep frying pan or saucepan, fry chopped onions, garlic and hot peppers in vegetable oil.
  5. Add 50 ml of white wine and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  6. Then add chopped sweet pepper, mix, simmer for 5-7 minutes, add parsley.
  7. Then add tuna (without liquid), pour in the remaining wine, lightly squeeze the lemon and simmer everything together for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Cool the finished filling slightly, knead the risen dough. Pinch off a small piece of dough from the dough and form a layer on your hand.
  9. Spread the filling in the middle of the dough and pinch the pies with a scallop.
  10. Put the finished pies on a baking sheet covered with parchment scallop down. Brush the top of the patties with the beaten egg. Bake until golden brown at 180 degrees.
  11. Serve warm or chilled! Bon appetit!
