Pie with cottage cheese and strawberries

Very tasty cake with cottage cheese and strawberries. Such a pie can be prepared not only with strawberries.

Ingredients

• Dough:
• Flour - 300 g
• Soda - 2 tsp
• Kefir - 250 g
• Cocoa - 0.5 tsp
• Sugar - 200 g
• Eggs - 2 pcs.
• Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.
• Filling:
• Curd - 250 g
• Sour cream - 200 g
• Vanillin - 1/3 tsp
• Berries

Directions

1. Mix kefir, soda, sugar, eggs. Whisk.
2. Add butter, cocoa, flour. Mix.
3. For the filling, combine cottage cheese with sour cream, vanilla and berries.
4. Put half of the dough in a greased form, top with the filling and again the dough.
5. Bake a pie with cottage cheese and strawberries for 30 minutes. at 180 degrees.
