Pie stuffed with stewed green onions and boiled eggs. The dough is very simple on sour cream and butter, but very crispy. Green onions can be replaced with other fresh herbs

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cooking dough. Mix soft butter with sour cream. Add salt, baking powder, most of the flour, knead thoroughly with a spoon. Pour the rest of the flour on the table, knead the dough a little so that it absorbs all the flour. Wrap the dough in a bag or film, put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  2. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes from the moment of boiling. Cool by pouring cold water. Peel the eggs, chop finely. Finely chop the green onion. Put 50 g of butter in a frying pan, melt. Add green onions, stir. Cook over low heat for 7-10 minutes. Salt, pepper, add chopped eggs, mix. Take a sample (the filling should be a little saltier than just like that). Salt more if necessary. Turn off.
  3. Divide the dough in half. Roll out one half of the dough into a circle with a diameter of 25 - 30 cm (it will turn out to be about a centimeter thick). Wrap the dough on a rolling pin, transfer to a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Put the filling on top, stepping back a couple of centimeters from the edge, smooth it out.
  4. Spread 50 g of butter, cut into thin slices, on top. Roll out the second part of the dough 1-2 cm larger in diameter than the first part. Put on top of the filling. Blind the edges of the dough, wrapping it up. Poke a few holes in the surface with a fork. Add a teaspoon of water to the yolk, shake, grease the surface of the cake. Put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. Bake 30-40 minutes.
  5. Bon appetit)
