Pies with minced meat and vegetables

Ingredients

Directions

  1. We take warm milk + 1 tsp. sugar + yeast, stand for about 5-10 minutes, the yeast should dissolve and rise with a hat. Then add sugar, flour 700 gr. it turns out a dough, put it in heat for 10-15 minutes, later add the yolks, mix + vegetable oil 50 ml. mix and add flour to make a good yeast dough. We put in heat for 1-2 hours (depending on the yeast) so that the dough comes up, knead once, when the dough comes up a second time, the dough is ready.
  2. Fry the minced meat in a frying pan until half cooked, add salt, add the frozen mixture and onion cut into half rings and fry until tender.
  3. After making the pies put in a round shape (oiled) Bake at 180C. approximately 25-30 minutes.
  4. Bon appetit!!!!
  5. P.S. This portion of the dough is enough for 2 such round shapes, or you can also make a pie with a different filling.
