For the filling, fry the onion in vegetable oil, add the pumpkin grated on a coarse grater and simmer until the pumpkin is ready.
Then add pre-boiled lentils.
Add salt, pepper, mix and simmer for 8-10 minutes.
In a bowl, combine yeast, 1/4 cup warm milk, 1 tsp. sugar and 1 tbsp. flour. Stir and leave for a few minutes until the mass begins to foam.
Milk, sugar and flour are selected from the total number of ingredients.
Add the egg, the remaining milk, sugar, part of the sifted flour and melted butter to the yeast mass that has come up. Mix.
Do not rush to add all the flour at once, you may need a little more or less than indicated in the ingredients!
Knead the dough, gradually adding the remaining flour. The dough should not stick to your hands, but remain soft, smooth and elastic.
Form a ball from the dough, place it in a deep bowl and cover with a towel.
Place the bowl with the dough in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours or until the dough has doubled in size.
Gently punch down the dough and divide it into 12 equal pieces.
Using a rolling pin or palms, form a cake from a piece of dough and put 1 tbsp in the center. fillings
Raise the edges, connect and close up carefully. Pin the ends at the bottom of the pie and place seam side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
Repeat with all remaining dough.
Cover the pies with a towel and leave in a warm place for an hour.
Brush pies with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake pies in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
