  1. Cut the chicken breast tenderloin into small strips, salt, pepper, sprinkle with seasonings, mix well. My potatoes, peel, rub on a coarse grater. Onion clean, wash, cut into small cubes. Roll out the dough sheet thinly. Put the dough on a baking sheet, forming the edges. Spread half of the grated potatoes in the first layer, then all the meat, sprinkle with chopped onions. Put the remaining potatoes on the last layer.
  2. Cover the pie with the second layer of dough. Brush the edges of the pastry with the beaten egg and press down firmly with a fork. Brush the top of the pie with the egg and decorate with the rest of the pastry if desired.
  3. Make a hole in the middle for steam to escape. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
