The puff ring is a quick alternative to pizza. In just half an hour, six delicious fragrant puffs with filling are obtained.

  1. Puff pastry layer, defrost and roll out to 3 mm thick. Cut into six triangles.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the dough triangles on it in a ring, slightly overlapping.
  3. For the filling, cut the sausage and sun-dried tomatoes, grate the cheese or cut into plates.
  4. Spread the filling around the ring.
  5. Tuck the sharp edges of the triangles under the bases. Brush dough with beaten egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  6. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
