Rye buns without yeast

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Combine water, oil, honey and salt in a saucepan. Boil.
  2. Pour flour into another container and pour hot water with oil, honey and salt into it. Using a mixer, knead the dough until smooth.
  3. Whisking continuously, add eggs one at a time. To stir thoroughly.
  4. Fill silicone molds with dough, one tablespoon of dough in each mold. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  5. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
  6. Cool the finished buns. Serve on the table by making sandwiches out of them.
  7. Bon appetit!
