Sausages with vegetables in puff pastry

  1. Cut a sheet of puff pastry into equal eight pieces. If your dough is already sheet - cut so that you get eight layers.
  2. Cut the mushrooms and zucchini into thin slices, sweet pepper into strips.
  3. Put mushrooms, zucchini, pepper on each square of dough, put cheese on top.
  4. Put the sausage on top of the cheese and carefully roll up the dough.
  5. Lay the sausages in the dough on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Brush with beaten egg and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
  6. Serve sausages in puff pastry hot as an appetizer! Bon appetit!
