Recipe for a delicious snack cupcake with fresh tomatoes, green spinach and cheese. The dough for such a cake is kneaded with milk, with the addition of butter - simply and quickly. Due to the bright cherry tomatoes and spinach in the cut, the cupcake turns out to be very attractive, and the cheese makes it even more delicious.

  1. Remove the butter from the refrigerator in advance so that it softens.
  2. Combine flour, herb mixture, salt, baking soda and baking powder in a wide bowl.
  3. Add the egg, milk and softened butter (reserve some for greasing the pan).
  4. Mix the ingredients into a homogeneous viscous dough.
  5. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
  6. Cut cherry tomatoes into quarters.
  7. Remove thick stems from spinach and cut into thin strips.
  8. Grate hard cheese on a fine grater. Take two tablespoons of cheese to sprinkle on the cake.
  9. Add fresh spinach, tomatoes and hard cheese to the dough, mix.
  10. Grease a cake pan with butter or line with parchment paper.
  11. Pour the batter into the mold and smooth the surface with a spatula.
  12. Spread the remaining cheese on top.
  13. Bake Tomato, Spinach and Cheese Snack Cake at 180 degrees for 35 minutes, until golden brown and firm.
  14. Remove the snack cake with cherry tomatoes, spinach, cheese and spices from the mold and place on a wooden grate or plank until completely cooled.
  15. If desired, top the cupcake with a slice of sausage or serve with a plate of broth, but on its own it will serve as a great snack.
