Ingredients

  1. In one bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt.
  2. Dilute dry soy cream in warm / cold boiled water until completely dissolved.
  3. In another bowl, mix vegetable oil, diluted soy cream, eggs.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix quickly with a wooden spoon.
  5. Do not stir for a long time, until the flour ceases to be visible.
  6. We spread the dough into molds for 2/3 of the volume. We bake muffins on soy cream in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
