  1. Prepare baking molds (for example, for muffins) with a diameter of about 8-10 cm. Roll out the puff pastry, cut circles with a glass and put in molds. Prick the dough with a fork and bake in the oven for about 5 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
  2. Finely chop salmon and onion and fry in olive oil, add spinach (if it was frozen - defrost and squeeze) and fry everything together for 3-5 minutes. Add sour cream, salt and pepper to taste, mix.
  3. Cool the filling, add the egg and grated cheese, mix well.
  4. Fill the baked baskets with stuffing and bake at a temperature of 160 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
  5. Decorate the tartlets with fresh herbs and serve! Bon appetit!
