An amazing cupcake with raisins and chocolate icing will be a good addition to tea.

Ingredients

  1. Melt butter over very low heat.
  2. In a bowl mix flour with baking powder and salt.
  3. Soak raisins in hot water.
  4. In a blender, beat eggs with sugar.
  5. Pour warm butter through the hole in the lid, mix well.
  6. Add flour gradually.
  7. Mix well with a spoon.
  8. Drain the water from the raisins, put it in the dough, mix.
  9. Pour the batter into a cake pan lined with parchment paper.
  10. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, bake until tender, about 30-35 minutes.
  11. Allow the finished cake to cool in the mold for 15 minutes, and then remove it from the mold, remove the paper. Let the cake cool completely.
  12. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in a water bath. Brush the cooled cake.
