Tasty Muffins with raspberries

Muffins with fresh berries or fruits are my family's favorite pastries. Especially delicious - muffins with ripe raspberries. The dough for muffins according to this recipe is kneaded with milk.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Put the butter in the microwave for 10-20 seconds. Whip softened butter with sugar.
  2. Add the eggs one at a time to the butter and sugar and continue beating.
  3. Add milk, vanilla and a pinch of salt, beat with a whisk until smooth.
  4. Last add the sifted flour with baking powder. Beat the muffin batter until smooth and no lumps.
  5. Pour one heaping tablespoon of batter into the molds, filling them a little more than half way.
  6. Put fresh ripe raspberries on top of the dough, lightly press each berry into the dough.
  7. Bake the raspberry muffins in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.
  8. Cool the finished raspberry muffins on a wire rack and serve with tea, coffee or milk. Bon appetit!
