A wonderful strawberry pie - the recipe for its preparation is available with a minimum investment of time and products.

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Form (about 23 cm in size) grease with oil and cover with parchment.
  2. Mix (preferably using kitchen appliances) softened butter, ground almonds, sugar, flour, cinnamon, egg and yolk. You should get a crumbly mass.
  3. Cut strawberries into thin slices. Spread half of the prepared dough in an even layer in the prepared pan, without tamping. Put the strawberries on it, and the remaining crumbly dough on top (it’s not scary if the strawberries are visible). Put the strawberry pie in the oven and bake for about 1 hour, but check for doneness after 45 minutes. If the top starts to brown too much, but inside strawberry pie will still be damp, you can cover it with foil and bake until done.
  4. Remove the finished pie with strawberries from the oven, leave at room temperature for 10 minutes. Then remove from the mold, sprinkle with powdered sugar, cool completely.
