Tomato cake with cheese

A rich, fragrant cake with a pronounced tomato flavor, complemented by two cheeses. Good both hot and cold.

Ingredients

  1. Lightly sauté the tomato paste in a frying pan with olive oil to evaporate excess liquid.
  2. Add chopped garlic and feta cheese, cut into small cubes. Stir, remove from heat.
  3. Lightly beat the eggs in a bowl.
  4. Add sifted flour and baking powder, mix.
  5. Mix milk and sunflower oil in a saucepan and heat slightly. Add to bowl. Mix.
  6. Add grated hard cheese. Mix.
  7. Add tomato mixture, salt and pepper. Mix, put in a lightly oiled baking dish and put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
  8. Bake for 50 minutes at 180 degrees. Then cool slightly and serve! Tomato cake with cheese is ready! Bon appetit!
