Yeast cake with filling

Soft, delicious wonderful dough is obtained. The filling can be any, of your choice.

Ingredients

  1. Dilute yeast with sugar, add egg, vegetable oil, salt and mix.
  2. Add warm milk, stir. Add as much flour as you need to keep the dough from sticking to your hands. Cover the dough with a towel and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  3. For the filling, chop the cabbage, chop the onion, pour mayonnaise. Add salt, pepper and mix.
  4. Divide the dough into two unequal parts.
  5. Grease the form with oil, roll out most of the dough and put it in the form. Pour the filling onto the dough, smooth it out.
  6. Roll out the remaining dough and cover the filling with it. Pinch the edges of the pie. Brush with beaten egg.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
  8. Cool the finished pie and serve.
