Yeast-free cheese pizza

It only takes 25 minutes to make this pizza.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pour salt, sugar, soda, quenched with vinegar or lemon juice into the flour.
  2. Add sour cream and knead a stiff dough.
  3. Coarsely grated mozzarella
  4. Grate hard cheese
  5. Slice the tomatoes.
  6. Grind the basil leaves (if you do not like, you can not use).
  7. Roll out the dough thinly with a rolling pin along the diameter of the mold. I have a 28 cm.
  8. We spread the dough in a mold and place in a preheated oven for 7-10 minutes.
  9. Then we take out the form with the dough from the oven and grease it with mayonnaise.
  10. Place tomato slices on top and sprinkle with chopped basil. Sprinkle generously with cheese on top and send to a preheated oven at 180 degrees for another 10 minutes.
