Yeast pie with minced meat, mushrooms and cheese

  1. Chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil until soft.
  2. Add minced meat, mix and fry for five minutes. Then add chopped mushrooms, salt, pepper and fry until the liquid evaporates.
  3. Grate the cheese, finely chop the greens and add to the cheese. Mix.
  4. Pour dry yeast into warm milk, add sugar, mix and set aside for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Add the remaining ingredients: vegetable oil, sour cream, egg, salt and sifted flour. It is better to add flour in parts, as a different amount may be needed than indicated in the ingredients.
  6. Knead a very soft dough that should not stick to the table and hands.
  7. Cover the cup with the dough with a towel or cling film and put in a warm place for 1 hour.
  8. Sprinkle a work surface with flour and roll out the dough into a layer about 40x25 cm in size.
  9. Stepping back from the edge of 1 cm, make cuts with a knife.
  10. On the edge of the layer opposite from the cuts, lay out the stuffing from minced meat and mushrooms, sprinkle with grated cheese and herbs.
  11. Carefully roll up the roll and pinch the edges.
  12. Lubricate the baking dish with vegetable oil and put the roll into it with a spiral. My size is 22 cm.
  13. Cover the form with a pie with a towel or cling film and put in a warm place for 30-40 minutes. Then brush the pie with beaten egg.
  14. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes
  15. Cool the finished cake and you can serve it on the table.
