Cut the onion and mushrooms and fry in vegetable oil.
Boil mashed potatoes and mix it with mushrooms, add salt and pepper.
In a deep bowl, combine yeast, sugar, salt, warm milk and 2 tbsp. flour, mix and leave for 15-20 minutes in a warm place.
Then add the egg, vegetable oil and gradually adding flour, knead a soft and elastic dough.
Cover the bowl with the dough with cling film or a towel and leave in a warm place for 40-50 minutes. When the dough has increased in volume, punch it down and divide it into two unequal parts.
Roll out most of it and place in a greased form, forming boots. Put the filling on the dough and smooth it out.
Roll out a smaller part of the dough, cover the filling with it and pinch the edges. Make cuts in the dough to release steam.
Lubricate the formed cake with yolk and leave for 15 minutes in a warm place.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
Lubricate the finished hot pie with butter, cool and serve.
