Today I want to share with you a very tasty recipe for cooking dinner from simple products. When I run out of meat at home or I'm too lazy to stand by the stove, I often use this recipe.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Rub frozen, not salted lard on a coarse grater.
  2. Cut the potatoes into medium cubes and send in a deep bowl, add finely chopped onions, ham cut into small cubes and grate the lard.
  3. Add paprika, potato seasoning, dried garlic, salt and mix everything thoroughly.
  4. Transfer everything to a baking dish, cover with foil and send in the oven for 50 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. Then take the form out of the oven, remove the foil and sprinkle with finely chopped greens (I have parsley and dill).
  5. Due to the fact that the lard was finely grated on a grater, it will completely melt and soak a potato and ham, which will give them a brighter and richer taste. You can also use chicken breast instead of ham, and just potatoes are very tasty!
