When the water drains, peel the vegetable with a knife and once again rinse the ingredient well under running water. On a cutting board, cut the potatoes into medium pieces in such a way that the potato cubes are close in size to the size of the meat pieces.
  7. Put a frying pan with vegetable oil on medium heat, and transfer to it from a bowl, using a tablespoon, potatoes. Fry the potato cubes on all sides for 3-4 minutes, constantly turning them with a wooden spatula.
  8. And now it remains to lay out all the components in pots. Cooked ingredients are usually enough for 4 servings in pots with a capacity of 0.5 liters. So, with the help of a tablespoon on the bottom spread an even layer of meat cubes in such a way that after putting it in pots, there would be exactly half of the meat ingredient. On top of the meat also spread half of the onion and with a tablespoon level the vegetable cubes over the entire meat surface. Do the same procedure with carrots. Seal the layers with a tablespoon and pour half the sauce. After that, spread the sauce on half of the cooked potatoes. You can add a little salt again, but do not overdo it, it can ruin the whole dish! Put in the same sequence in layers the remaining second part of all ingredients. Cover the pots with lids and place in a cold oven on a baking sheet. Then turn it on 180 ° -200 ° C and simmer for about 1.5 hours.
