What could be tastier than delicate fragrant slices of juicy boiled pork? Let's cook it in a slow cooker, this is the easiest way to bake it. The slow cooker will not let the meat overcook or dry out, and besides, you do not need to follow the process and constantly water the meat with juice.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut the carrots and garlic into thin cubes. Dry the washed meat. To cook boiled pork in a slow cooker, it is best to use beef tenderloin, which has no streaks and does not deform at all during frying. I didn't stuff the meat.
  2. Grate a piece of beef on all sides with salt and seasoning for meat, break a bay leaf and sprinkle on the meat. Leave for 30 minutes to allow the meat to absorb the aromas of the spices.
  3. With a sharp knife with a narrow blade, make holes-pockets in the meat at a distance of 1.5-2 centimeters from each other. Stuff the resulting holes with slices of carrot and garlic.
  4. Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl. There is no need to add water. Place the meat in a bowl, set the "Fry" mode. Fry over high heat on all sides, turn off. Close the slow cooker and the valve (I have a pressure cooker). Switch on the "Stew-meat" mode. Cook for 40 minutes. (until the end of the cooking time).
  5. Let the meat cool for about 30 minutes. Remove and cool on the table until completely. Put the meat in foil, sprinkle the cooled boiled pork with coarsely chopped garlic and coarsely ground pepper. Be sure to put it in the refrigerator for several hours to ripen and compact the meat.
  6. Cut the beef into slices about 7-8 mm wide. Serve separately horseradish, mustard, tomato sauce, fresh seasonal vegetable salad, vegetable slices, pickled onions.
