  3. Cut off the tail of the sweet pepper, cut into two halves. Remove the seeds and rinse under running water. Cut the pepper into strips or cubes. Transfer to a plate.
  4. Cut the skin off a small piece of ginger. Grate the ginger or chop finely. Ginger goes very well with pork, but if you do not like spicy, it is better not to put it.
  5. It is better to buy pork as a kebab, the flesh with small streaks of fat. Cut it into medium cubes, always across the fibers, so that the meat turned out juicy and soft, and not greatly reduced during heat treatment.
  6. Put sliced ​​meat in a bowl, add soy sauce, ginger, garlic and herbs. Put to marinate for at least half an hour in the refrigerator.
  7. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Take the foil, cut the appropriate length pieces into the number of portions, in our case two. Put the foil on a sheet, bend the edges, and lay out the foil marinated meat, prepared carrots, onions, peppers. Add a little salt and add ground black pepper. Soy sauce is already salty, but given the sweetness of vegetables, you can salt. Wrap the edges tightly, leaving only a small gap on one side to let the steam out.
  8. Put a sheet of meat in foil in the oven for 2 hours, and be patient. In half an hour the aroma of vegetables and spices will begin to seep out of the oven and spread throughout the house. At the end of cooking, you can open the foil envelopes and brown the top of the baked meat: grill for 2-3 minutes, if any, or just leave open for 10 minutes.
