Of course, you can buy a meat delicacy in any supermarket, but the taste of homemade meat can not be compared with anything. The more you will know what meat and spices your ham is made of. Our homemade meat dish is very tasty, fragrant and juicy. And most importantly - it does not contain preservatives, so the ham is eaten very quickly!

  1. Transfer the garlic cloves to a cutting board and, using the handle of a knife, press lightly on the ingredient. After that, easily remove the husk from the vegetable component.
  2. Then grind garlic cloves with a garlic press and transfer to a separate plate.
  3. We first break the bay leaf with our hands into several small pieces, and then we transfer it into a mortar. In the same container put black pepper peas and coriander. Grind all the ingredients well until a homogeneous fine crumb. Then pour the resulting crumb into a separate small bowl and add salt, ground black pepper and a mixture of Italian herbs. Using a tablespoon, mix well all the spices together to form a homogeneous mass.
  4. Remove the pork from the refrigerator freezer and thaw it to room temperature.
  5. Then evenly and abundantly on all sides rub the pork with a mixture of spices and turn our ingredient into a roll. Important: the meat must be rolled very tightly.
  6. When the meat is ready, put a culinary net on top of it and tie it on both sides with knots.
  7. Pour room temperature water into a saucepan and then transfer the bag with the meatloaf to this container. It is important that the water in the pan completely covers our pork, but does not overflow from the tank. On a package with a meat ingredient we put any cargo that the dish did not float on a pan surface. Put the container on medium heat. After the water in the container boils, make a small fire, as during the preparation of home-made ham it is impossible for the water to boil strongly, ie the minimum temperature of the liquid in the container during cooking in the package should be 70 ° C, and in no case 95 ° C. Cook the meat for 4.5-5 hours. If the water in the pan boils, then you can add the required amount of water, but it must be warm boiled. At the end of the allotted time with the help of kitchen tongs we take out a package with a meatloaf from a pan and we transfer it to a free bowl. When the meat cools, untie the package and get the pork out of it. Then transfer the homemade ham to a bowl, cover the container with a lid and put it in the refrigerator.
  8. We take home-made ham from the refrigerator and transfer it to a cutting board. Using a kitchen knife, remove the grid and then - cut the meat delicacy into medium pieces. Spread homemade ham on a flat dish to serve.
