  2. Peel an onion with a knife and then wash the ingredient well under running water. Spread the vegetables on a cutting board and, using the same sharp tools, finely chop the onion into cubes no larger than 1 centimeter. Transfer the chopped component to a free plate.
  3. Meanwhile, put on the fire less than the average pan with a little vegetable oil. When the oil heats up, put the finely chopped onion in a bowl and immediately after that mix everything well with a wooden spatula.
