A simple salad of fresh cucumbers and eggs

A simple salad with cucumber and egg will give us a whole bunch of wonderful flavors and pleasant sensations.

Ingredients

• eggs - 4 pieces;
• lettuce leaves - 6 pcs .;
• delicious cucumbers - 4 pieces;
• salt, dill, parsley, cilantro;
• homemade sour cream.

Directions

1. Boil hard-boiled eggs, cool, release from the shell and cut into cubes.
2. Carefully wash my tender lettuce leaves, and divide them into thin strips. We clean cucumbers with napkins, and we shake semicircles.
3. Combine the prepared products in a delicate vase, add chopped greens, season with salt and sour cream, and gently mix the fragrant mass.
