If you rummage in the refrigerator, then you yourself will be surprised how many different-sized vegetables, herbs, and the remains of cheese are found there. Such a salad is a dish of everything at hand, the result of a refrigerator revision, which should be done every week. Of course, the composition of vegetables can be any - what they found is what they added. An elementary but tasty dressing will balance any combination.

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
  2. Cut the bread into cubes, place in a single layer on a large baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Place in oven for 15 minutes, until croutons are crispy and golden brown.
  3. Combine all ingredients for dressing in a small jar, close the jar tightly and shake. Try the dressing and add more pepper or salt if needed.
  4. Wash and dry all vegetables and herbs (except for small lettuce leaves). Peel the carrots, cut the stalk from the fennel and disassemble it into leaves, remove the stalk from the apple, remove the mint leaves from the stems.
  5. Place all prepared vegetables and herbs on a large board and chop with a large knife. The smaller the better.
  6. Put the salad in a bowl, crush the feta on top, sprinkle the salad with crackers. Serve the dressing separately so that everyone can dress the salad the way they like it.
