A light, refreshing dessert is what you need in the summer heat. Sorbet can be prepared from any fruits and berries. Tasty and healthy! One of my favorites for summer desserts is apricot sorbet.

  1. Prepare the food you need.
  2. Wash the apricot, remove the seeds, cut into small pieces. Peel the banana, cut into slices. Place the sliced fruit in the freezer for a few hours.
  3. Beat ice slices of banana, apricot and honey with a chopper until puree.
  4. Serve the sorbet in vases with mint leaves. Bon Appetit!
