  1. Prepare all the food you need. Rinse and dry the arugula, cut the cherry tomatoes in half, grate the parmesan, finely chop the garlic.
  2. The shrimp need to be peeled, it is most convenient to do this with scissors, remove the shell, esophagus and tail. Only the pulp should remain.
  3. Mix vegetable oil (you can use regular sunflower oil or olive oil) and chopped garlic. Marinate the shrimp in the mixture for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Set aside the shrimp for now and prepare the sauce: mix mustard, honey, salt and pepper to taste, add olive oil, squeeze out the juice of lemon, lime and orange. Stir.
  5. Preheat a frying pan, pour a little olive oil into it, fry the shrimp for 2-3 minutes in total, stirring constantly.
  6. Put arugula, tomatoes, and then shrimp in a salad bowl. Pour the prepared sauce over everything.
  7. Sprinkle the prepared salad "Arugula with shrimps" with grated Parmesan, nuts and top with balsamic cream. Bon Appetit!
