  1. Boil 2 cups dry beans in advance until tender. We make sure that it remains dense and does not lose its shape.
  2. Chop the carrots into small pieces.
  3. Marinate onions in a marinade of sugar, salt, 50 ml of cold water, 1.5 tbsp. oils and vinegar. Leave the onion to marinate for 20-30 minutes.
  4. Pour spices into a bowl with chopped carrots.
  5. Add the remaining oil and mix well.
  6. Put beans, pickled onions and carrots in a deep bowl.
  7. Add soy sauce to bowl with vegetables.
  8. Mix well with carrots and onions.
  9. Asian style beans are ready. It is advisable to leave the snack for a while so that it is infused.
  10. Salad of beans, carrots and onions is stored in a cool place, in a tightly closed container.
