  13. 1/2 cup wine (white)

  15. to taste pepper (ground)

  17. Wash a piece of pork loin, dry with paper towels, make 3 longitudinal incisions with a knife, sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and salt.
  18. Fry finely chopped onions in oil (2 tablespoons) until soft, add grated carrots, turmeric, salt, pepper, pour water (¼ cup) and stew for 4-5 minutes. Cool. In the finished chilled carrots with onions add grated hard cheese, cream cheese, egg and garlic passed through a press. Mix the stuffing for the loin well.
  19. Spread the fragrant filling carefully in each incision.
  20. Tie the loin with twine stuffing and rub on top with oil (2 tbsp).
  21. Prepared loin spread on a baking sheet in a sleeve for baking, pour wine inside, fix the ends and make a small puncture on top. Send the sleeve with the loin in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 1.5 hours.
