Baked pork with mushrooms

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Cut the meat into pieces no thicker than 1 cm. Fry the pan and fry the meat on both sides. You can add a little oil.
  3. Add salt and pepper on 2 sides. Cut the onion into half rings, cut the mushrooms into slices.
  4. Cover the mushrooms with onions until golden.
  5. Add cream and about 125 ml. water. Bring to a boil.
  6. Add salt and pepper, add marjoram to taste.
  7. Put the meat in a baking dish, pour the mushrooms with cream.
  8. Wrap in foil and send for 1 hour in the oven. Then remove the foil, reduce the temperature to 175 degrees and leave in the oven for 30-40 minutes.
  9. If you like to bake with cheese, then 10-15 minutes before ready to sprinkle with grated cheese.
  10. Very tasty just with a baguette or ciabatta.
  11. Or with potatoes.
