Ingredients

Directions

  1. For cooking we need pork with ribs, fresh parsley and green basil, mustard, white and black mustard seeds, dried tomatoes with oregano (ready mixture of spices), coriander seeds, garlic, olive oil, salt, ground black pepper.
  2. Mix dry spices: dried tomatoes with oregano, black and white mustard seeds, coriander, salt, ground black pepper. Stir.
  3. Add chopped garlic, mustard, pour olive oil.
  4. Add chopped parsley and basil. Stir our spicy mixture.
  5. In the meat, make shallow punctures with a sharp thin knife, spread it in any shape and completely coat with marinade, on all sides, as if rubbing into the meat. Cover and refrigerate for about an hour, turning occasionally and rubbing the marinade.
  6. Then wrap it in foil, and better put in a sleeve for baking and bake for about 50 minutes at 170-180 ºC. 10 minutes before cooking, you can cut the sleeve or remove the foil to form a fried crust on the meat.
  7. Serve immediately after cooking, cut into portions, focusing on the ribs.
