To eliminate store-bought treats made with incomprehensible ingredients, make your own diet banana ice cream at home! And you will know exactly what it consists of.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare the indicated ingredients. Milk can be used of any fat content and of any kind: cow, goat, coconut or soy.
  2. Peel the bananas and cut into slices in a blender or food processor.
  3. Add honey and milk to the container. If desired, milk can be replaced with mineral water with the addition of lemon juice - it will prevent the treats from darkening. But do not add lemon juice to milk - it can stratify!
  4. Grind everything for 3-5 minutes on a pulsating setting, turning into a smooth puree.
  5. Pour the resulting banana mass into prepared molds.
  6. Insert wooden sticks or special plastic ones into the mass.
  7. Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 2 hours.
  8. Then remove the molds from the freezer, holding the sticks, dip them under running water for 10 seconds and remove the ice cream from the mold. Serve chilled.
